The artist’s practice investigates presence as a material condition shaped by time, landscape, and human intervention. Photography is approached as a process of isolating and revealing form, allowing matter, trace, and surface to emerge beyond narrative or function.

Across the work, urban structures, rural communities, anonymous roads, and altered terrains are treated as accumulations formed through duration, repetition, labor, or force. Landscape and the built environment are understood as material states carrying memory and transformation, rather than as fixed locations.

The practice consistently operates at thresholds — between presence and absence, form and dissolution, continuity and disruption.
The photographic image functions as a trace, registering how matter persists, shifts, or withdraws over time.

Meaning emerges through accumulation and erosion rather than description, positioning the work within a temporal condition where presence is sensed through what remains.
